We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to report an issue and request a return, refund, or replacement.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days at ibrahimworkstwenty6@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund — no need to ship the item back to us.

Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind and the item is unused, in its original packaging, and unopened, contact us within 7 days. Depending on the product, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. In some cases, a return may be required at the customer's expense before a refund is issued.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:

• Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
• Products marked as final sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized orders

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit/COD reversal, where applicable) within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under the terms above.
